Hazel`s birthday suit.

Post by simon t »

Bonjour,

We`ve had a couple of birthdays here - mine was on Monday. As is traditional Haze dressed up in her usual demure fashion - the damning evidence is posted on our Flickr page - link below.

There`s a few other new photos, some even including motorbikes! We`ve been having a stunning summer here, though July and August were really too hot for biking...

We`re back in the UK for a few days next week, then back to Chauvac to face the looong winter. Then next year we expect to see a few more of you down here.

Love n kisses, Simon, Haze and Sammy.

Hi all. Well we`ve been back to the UK for a couple of weeks, sorting out all sorts of business and doing lots of shopping what with French prices being so steep and the pound being so weak. Getting into the UK wasn`t easy, as the vet hadn`t given Sammy the right treatment, so we were turned away at the port. We had to find another vet and then spend the night in Calais - what a dump.

Anyway, I nipped into Hein Gericke`s sale whilst I was here, looking for some chain lube - came out with new leathers. I reckon a two-piece Alpinestars outfit for 350 quid was pretty good. What`s a girl to do? Then on the way to Dover, dropped in at Hagon to pick up a shock for the Fazer. They seem a reasonable bunch. I`ll be fitting it over the winter, but don`t expect any reports till the Spring - we`ll probably be knee deep in snow for the next six months!

Oh and on the way back, we got caught by a strike in Calais - all boats cancelled, so they transferred us to the Tunnel. An experience I can heartily NOT recommend. Grim, give me the ferry anyday.

Come the spring, we hope to see you down here - as Timbo suggests, not just for flying visit.

Take care, Si n Haze;

Hi Simon, good too hear from you again.
It seems like you had enough agro on your visit to the UK.
At least you got some goodies while you were here.

You take care too.

Cheers Chris.
