T Mobile Anybody ?

I thought I would post this on here for any one that is using the above for there mobile service providers.
I had a problem with them some months ago.
Cutting a long story short, I informed them that at the end of my contract that I would not be renewing with them. I did this 2 months before it actually ended.
Now cause i,m a nice person and that they make mistake, I called them the day before to remind them about it and was met with a load of crap about I have to give a months notice. Well you can imagine what happened next, yes I,m still being billed monthly charges, Total now up to 104 pounds, I,m also threatened with court action if I dont pay. Despite speaking to them, they still insisted that I have to pay this amount, then pay another 30 days before they will close my account.
Talk about total incompertence or what.
Any way, I searched the web for there head offices number. I found this on a forum site. Theres a chap Called RUSSELL TAYLOR who is high up in T Mobile, however he dont speak to customers but I was put onto a Realy Nice Lady Called JULIETT 01707 315000. She looked into my account and she noticed that I did call and cancel my contract withint there guide lines , and was therefore going to cancle all costs from yesterday.

So should any one using T Mobile Take this name and number down and please keep it for refference. If you dont need it now, you just might. Thank God there are some sensible people left in this world.

Sorry tim, yh gonna have to search like I did. I found mine by pure look I think. There were loads of people asking the same thing as I was. However from my past experience, I will from now on end any contract with mobile companys with a call and then send a letter . This way they cannot change things to suit there needs.
Just make sure you get all there detail of whom you spoke to and log times and dates .
