The Abba stand requires adapters (Kit 19) to lift the Storm from the swingarm bolts. Pop off the plastic covers and you'll see on the left a large nut (over which the large collar adapter fits) and on the right, a hole (into which the pinned reducer adapter fits) and up you go.
r4 vtr - I just got one and was looking for ages for a cheap second had one on ebay but even the secondhand ones gor for nearly new price. Don't go cheaper anywhere as far as I can see - looking at just shy of 100 quid with fitting kit. V expensive but mate, they are f-ing brilliant! pay it once, job done and then you'll be happy everytime you lift your bike!

Although myself and others have fabricated our own Abba stands , i'm almost certain that you can buy adapters for the genuine Abba stands ,which fit into the bottom of the frame ,enabling you to remove the swing-arm completely.
I've still got the sizes needed ,if anyone fancies making a stand for around £ 15 ,iirc
