Off bike for 2-3 weeks!!!

Post by Jonesey »

Well, being a bit careless with a knife at work yesterday, I managed to expose the bones on my index and middle fingers on my left hand!
Currently watching american chopper cos it's too painful to sleep. :(
The really annoying thing is, both knuckles got THROWN IN THE BIN!!!!!! :mad2
Going back to hospital this morning to have bones washed and redressed.
Boohoo.

-from the Morrisons safety handbook, I disagree, a sharp one hurts a lot more.
Yours clumsily, Chris.

ooooow, painful, unlucky Jonesey, hope it gets better soon. I managed to 'bounce' a hand wood saw last year onto the back of my left hand then drove it!! A few stitches and a couple of weeks later all sorted. Doc said it was incredible how I'd managed to miss all the tendons but I had scored the bone!!

At least it's not your throttle hand :D
Happy ridin'

OUCHHHHHHH>>>>>>>>HURT>>>>A LOT!!!!!!!!

Blimey, don't be half way stupid  when you can go the whole hog  !! poor you!! I once grabbed a bread knife off someone and as I went to hold it, they turned for a second and the blade cut right through my right index finger slicing a tendon....I was 16 and fainted !! pml...

I wondered why I was not alone on the forum at 3.30am lol. I HAD to force myself to go to bed at 4am as I was wired after selling the Ski and buying the other Storm...lol get better soon and if anything, it will force you to look through all the stuff you have and see if there anything I can use!

Have a nice day, whatever you are doing.
