Next Door Neighbour

My next door neighbour is a bit of a juggler!

he wont replace his missing rotten fence panels that he has never painted so it has rotten away, and fallen to bits, my dog has began to explore his garden now there is no fence.
he's not happy and has had ago at my mum, told him to shut the wombles up and fix his fence then.

also in his roof down the side of the house there is an infestation of birds, they have eaten or what ever it is they do at the wood and they now reside in his loft, the birds sh1t every where in the morning this hole is right next to my garage's side door so sh1t is going every where and my dog is also walking through bird sh1t when she goes into my garden

he's reluctant to fix either of these issues. the most annoying is the birds obliviously, plus im sure its not very healthy and its pissing my dad right off having so much sh1t on his car every single morning with out fail.

who would I have to ring to get him to sort the bird's out?

I'm sure there'll be someone at the local council you can contact about it.

Note the word "contact", as whether they'll actually do anything is an entirely different matter!

I'd gladly swap your neighbours for my mum's. They truly are the scum of the earth.

apparently they cant do jack sh1t until November because of nesting season or some sh1t.

keep letting your dog crap in his garden till he fixes the fence, and wait till he's out get a ladder and nail a board over the hole trapping the feckers in! job done

i used to have a neighbour who despite several requests, would not repair his leaking overflow pipe which was driving me mad....
so when he went on holiday i rammed a wine cork up the pipe and that stopped it dripping....
unfortunately for him it also caused his ceiling to collapse

he was really proud of his bowling-green-like lawn, so i used to take great pleasure collecting dandelion tops and throwing them on his grass...

i did some other stuff to him as well but i best not say lol
he's left shortly after anyway!!!
