Cure for clutch rattle anyone??
Heard a rattle a while back and thought it was dreaded cct meltdown, since then have noticed it stops when i pull in the clutch so it anit the ccts (changing them for manuals anyway) any one got a cure for this? tks.

bleed the clutch first, maybe fluid change.
might be thrust bearing a bit worn - shop manual is best place to start, in knowledge base

sounds daft but carb imbalance can make your clutch rattle as well bud - worth doing if you haven't already

Err!
they all do it, don't spend too much time trying to track it down. Even if you change every bearing in sight it'll still come back after a few miles

Especially at traffic lights sat next to other bikes
Disappears as soon as you let the clutch but no one notices because they are too busy covering their ears from the sound of the exhaust

25000 miles or there abouts, maybe a few thou off dunno without going and looking lol
