Congrats! I know how it feels as a grandma at 37! with our Bethany and now my son and his fiance` Kaylee are having a girl, had it confirmed last week its a girl. We were secretly hoping (along with my son) for a boy as my sister has only 1 boy, I had 1 boy, my mum only had 1 boy and loads of girls! He is chuffed anyway, but we wanted a boy as our family name is dying out lol....There is always next time lol...

I know what you mean about the distance. Beth lives in Cardiff, son lives in Newcastle...I suppose 100 miles to Ncle is not that bad but Cardiff is a mere 340 miles. Are you moving back to Manchester?Durham is so nice. Well done on the new baby!
