got a spare clear one if you wants it. unblemished. unused!
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

There's your problem- you got off.

I never do that until I've stopped, and it prevents all sorts of difficulties and catastrophes, I can heartily recommend it.

But TBH I have difficulty considering all things, tried it once and I went cross-eyed for a week*, and had to have a bit of a lie-down.

* but only in one eye, strangely......
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Only just logged in for a while............and I see this! So sorry mate. Dreadful feeling and just glad you can walk, talk and even think about sorting the ol' girl out. I hate it when people say "Cor, you were lucky". No you damn well weren't. Lucky would be for it NOT to happen, but having had that shite happen then one can say you're lucky with the consequences.
Good luck with it all (and hope the body-in-the-tumbledryer effect has worn off now)
Cheers, LSM
