I've been away for a little while and and so when i tried to log on i get a bloody blank page,it took me a while to find the site but relieved when i did.....So what happened???

change of host i believe after the other kept running out of bandwidth every time someone bought new trainers.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
