New Picture Posting

When posting a picture before tonight using photobucket, imageshack or similar, if the picture was bigger than a certain size (cant remember what it was) it was cropped and you only go to see part of the pic. From now on when posting big pics, they are automatically resized to fit the forum with the ability to click the pic and open it full size in a new window.
