Hi, i've only done a few track days so i'm sure there are people out there to give you better advice than me, but i would say as far as tyres go drop the pressures to 30 front and back ( these were the trackday organisers recommendations) and as for the sus, i used front pre load wound right up and rear pre load on the third setting with the rebound at both ends 1/4 out from fully in. (i'm 6' 4" and 16 stone) i would also recommend changing your foot pegs as they will be scrapping everwhere, if you cant afford rearsets ( i couldnt) get some top blocks ones from motrax, with them fitted the first thing to touch down was the belly pan !!. Hope this was of help and have a great day, i'm hooked now and cant wait to do my next one, ,dodds.

A lot of the decent trackday organisers have a suspension specialist there.. I think it was £15 last time with Focussed Events to have it set up for your weight/riding style :)

Well worth it.. just remember to put your tyre pressures right before you set off home

When I run on track.....use 2,1bar front and 1,9rear..
For the suspension is better a specialist on track
Have a good day..

Bye :P
