You need to allow the site to load cookies.

Don't know about your pc, but with mine a yellow bar comes up at the top of the screen to ask you- I just said yes.
One of the more clued-up computer boys will hopefully be able to give you a better answer...

try using google chrome browser instead of ie.

a lot easier. only drawback i can find with it is you cant create desktop shortcuts with it.
