You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Re: fairing/lowers
bollox m8 just got them myself off cheekyarse, all sprayed up ready to go on.... they look brill imo, best fitting lowers ive seen, really follow the lines of the upper fairing.
got some nice gauze as well to go in the vee bit at the bottom, to protect the filter etc.
bike should be finished next weekend if all goes to plan...

98% of all Harleys ever sold are still on the road. The other 2% made it home

Most DIY stores have a selection of Ali and anodised steel sheet materials, there are usually some in there.
Try Wickes.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

mine's off a zxr radiator cover, sprayed heat resistant black as it sits right close to the front header.

Photo's would be good

Chris.
PS. Lloydie, If the lowers don't have any cut outs like mine (see photo below) then they do appear to be Shark Skinz as Mike says.

it's not on the bike yet m8 - swing arm is coming off this avvy for the new shock ;)sirch345 wrote: Photo's would be goodHow far up have you come with the gauze
as this is something I've been meaning to do to my lowers.
i got the lowers of cheekykev and they had a series of holes already drilled where it looked like a filler panel had been fitted so it was ideal for fitting the gauze - looks racier than a flat plate imo.
you cant go much more than 4" up or so cos of the link pipe.
there will be lots of pics when it's all finished!

Re: fairing/lowers
Thats some pretty good kit right there. And sensibly priced too. Apart from the import duty you would have to pay

Re: fairing/lowers
i have got one of those shark skinz ones then., thought it was a power bronze! i did have it painted red but never looked natural as the red was not quite the same as the rest of the bike, so i painted it black and much prefer the look now.
