Completed paint job. What do you think?

Hey guys. Finally got the bike back from paint and I have to say I quite like it. Metallic Impreza blue with a pearl base and cotrasting orange fashes and daytona stripes. The orange has real copper flake in it too! I've posted a couple of pics from yesterday so let me know what you think. I've also polished the frame and rims and now just need to do the swing-arm.

Nice job, though. As you say, the last few details should make it look great.
How much did they charge for the spray?

LOL! You're probably right! Guy I know sprays cars and he wants to get into bikes. Mine is one of the first he's done so only cost £400. That included crash repairs from where the previous owner dropped it, (dented tank and scrapes to the right hand side), and also the wheels. Bargain! Gotta sort the scrape on the right hand side of the case myself tho.

how surprised was i to see the pictures of tis bike, because i bought it from a bloke in london 6 mths ago and promply got knocked off by white van man near stansted in essex, the bike had seen better days when i bought it to be fair and now is in a very sorry state, but i'm just starting a massive re-build with lots of carbon bits and powder coated black frame, i'm hoping to get it back on the road within a couple of mths by that time i might have recovered enough from my injuries to actually ride it.......hahaha

Looks good. There was one done that colour on Egay a while back. Paint was peeling in places and he was looking a silly amount for it. Was the Ltd edition one.

Wanna paint mine for me next? Black and red!
