You need dampers in line to stop all that fluctuation.
Try a small piece of rubber with a 1mm hole drilled through it.
You'll be surprised at how steady it makes the needles

you could put a bit of wire round the hose and twist it to restrict it a bit.
the plastic valves work fine for me though
have you turned the idle up enough?
i set mine 2-2500 for balancing so it runs nice and smooth with no pulsing

Fitted a Titax clutch lever to match the one on the brake side.

replaced the oil in my forks and fitted a ceramic bulb holder, took the bike for a ride and now i gotta set the forks up again the oil that came out was like dark brown tea, very watery and smelt like petrol was mixed with it.

intensive paintjob day for me.
just stopped now.
tell you what, it's surprising what balls ups you can recover with 400 wet n dry, then 800, then 1200.
was talking to a pro paintshop mate and he was rofling at me for being too fussy with topcoat so i tried his tips...
amazing
one panel was badly blistered where the solvent reacted with the surface after i rubbed through the primer - got it back 100%, nice and flat & shiny.

also stripped the back end off the storm again cos i wasnt happy with the cleanliness of the shock linkage
(yes i know... it's me. i never clean my bike!)

finished the panels off my scooter as well apart from i wasnt happy with the headlight cowl thing where it has been repaired - still a bit of a ripple in it that i can't mop out.

got plenty of time to finish them lol

built my scooter up and had a ride round the garden on it
got all the lights / indicators / everything works - easy ready for mot

few bits to do yet, like re-cover the seat to match, cut down a car mat for the floor and fit the footplates, then fit sponsor decals on the white panels

no bollox bud i reckon over 1/8 mile you will be very surprised!
top end should only be 60 65 though and trust me, that;s enough with 10" wheels.
imagine sitting in a wheelbarrow while someone pushes it full on and you get an idea of the handling

still waiting on the race variator yet and need a bit of road testing to get the carburation right but it doesnt half take off!
mate's done an 80cc pug speedfight so it should be an interesting contest, especially over the long haul, 4t vs 2t

i greased the rear linkages and added 3mm more the the shock , repaired the crack in the hugger ,only two jobs left now till winter strip down, i guess when those jobs are done i will have to only ride it

Well, yesterday I lost a subframe mounting bolt whilst out on a ride Though the bike was feeling squishy so stopped at a mates for a brew. Whilst we were outside chatting I noticed it was missing. Sure it was there before I set off? Anyhoo, down to her local garage and the guy there made an old bolt fit till my replacement comes in at the local Honda dealers. Riding after that my suspension felt very stiff so Im wondering just how long the bolt has been missing? Surely I would have noticed that when I washed it a couple of days ago

Fitted Renthal ultralite sprockets and new chain, also adjusted TPS to 510 ohms, was pleasantly surprised at the change in smoothness of the engine.
Front sprocket is now 15 tooth so as some of you will testify, the bike has now become somewhat friskier.

found out today the mt350's reserve has 7.1 kms of distance in it and the petrol station is around 8.5 kms away from this moment of insight
the b8stard at the petrol station after seeing me walk up with the helmet on the mirror the jacket on the bars the jumper on the seat
still made me pre pay before i could have fuel
cars came and go without hassle
and the forecourt has plate readers
bloody knob he was and i wasnt in the mood to be polite
i offered to take of my trousers as well for the camera maybe they can take a snap of my starfish
