i think i'd rather lose a finger!
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

In a litigious country like the states (and we're not far behind!) I would have thought that anything like this could save fortunes.
However my question still stands, would you stick your finger into a spinning blade?
