im on a 14 hour shift (nurse) i only have 3 patients who are all well. the sun is out and I'M NOT . LOL. Although i am looking forward to my 2100h ride home with no one on the roads

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
