loook!!! :biggrin

Your accident on: 28th March 2010

Further to the above matter I now have some great news. The Council has finally accepted responsibility for your accident subject to you proving the accident happened as alleged which is not a problem.

This is obviously good news as all we need to do now is put together your claim for damages. I have today chased the medical report and was advised that the medical agency are just waiting on your hospital records before the expert can complete the report.
blah blah blah...

So all you have to do is prove the accident happened as you alleged, so show them the police helicopter video, validate din triplicate by no less than three CRB-checked and professionally- qualified witnesses, with a qualified surveyor's report of the road condition, backed up of course by weather and condition information by a specially-commissioned meteorological report from the Met office, supply your bank details which they will share with everyone in the office, and he bloke down the petrol station, and Bob's you're uncle*
