Old newbie

Post by Phill_vtr »

Hello all, think I may have been a member here many years ago but couldn't swear it's the same place.

I'm Phill from Bucks, 44 and owned my 'storm for a 1/4 of my life (didn't realise that til I started typing this)

Got a black '98 storm not mint as I used to use it year round for commuting but now just a summer fun bike. Got a few mods on it, and in the next year or two I hope to strip it, clean it up and maybe put it back together again.

Look forward to participating on here

Welcome aboard/back!

Wasn't until I read about owning your bike for a 1/4 of your life that I realized I have had my old Kwak for nearly 1/2 mine :eek2

Hi again,

The front calipers are from a GSXR1000 K1 and the remote adjuster is Ohlins.

Furrybiker - scary isn't it .. I really hadn't realised until I put up 44yo and I was gonna put owned for 11 years when it dawned on me.

Will post some more pics in the relevant section.

Looked in the members list and found I joined in 2005 but was on the email list previous to that and I think an older version of this site.
