New Toy

Post by Oggie268 »

Ok so here's the deal. I've bought a fire storm, 10k on the clock 2002 plate and to the untrained eye, looks mint. But to trained ear sounds amazing! One small omission, bike test is this coming week!

So obviously when I ride it I'll need to be gentle with her, or I shall park it in a wall pretty quick, as it does appear to be one he'll of a missile?! I hope they are forgiving! Should kneed to be worried about the CCT so early on? Any other tips on what I should look for before I ride my 'mid-life' crisis machine?? It comes with 3month warranty from dealership.....

Useful Comments appreciated :-)

Defo get the CCT's done & use manual ones if you can. As for your test just make sure you have baffles in the after market cans or presumably you are on stock from the dealership.

Hello Oggie and welcome

Depending where you are, we hope to be having a workshop here in Yorkshire soon.

There should be a bunch of us working on the bikes

It will allow you to do your cct's etc with someone on hand to guide you should you need

Also give a chance to meet others

Where are you?

Cheers
