Today I fitted the undertray after I painted it black
Image
and made a new lhs mount as it was missing
Image
Bike looks better now with it on
Image
As this was the first one I've fitted I cut a little to much off the standard part Image
Image
so I had to make a plastic washer for the seat lock so it didnt fall though
Not it work fine and I'm happy with the results
And yes my garage is carpeted :)

Fitted a full Akropovic high level system today, Titanium headers and link pipes, carbon cans. Had to lose the rear pegs, and fitted carbon exhaust hangers And I thought my ART cans were noisy :biggrin

forks are snapped off lol, wheel bent, disc bent, (can i say bent???) top & bottom yokes gone, mudguard gone, fairing demolished, coolant hose torn, and a few other minor stuff.
but the rest is immaculate!
Image
wont be spending £300 on a new fairing so looks like this is going on :) with a set of projectors and a respray.
the mounting holes line up bob on!!!

well its not for me sadly.... im just building it up for someone to do their test on - and maybe bulldog next year lol!
it's already been dubbed Earl! :confused
been chasing parts all night and got most of it lined up already.. just got to pay for it now lol!
the fairing needs a bit of tlc with a few resin patches... looks like ben threw it up the track a few times lol... then it's getting a subtle gloss black respray & matching decals..
be interesting how many mistake it for a miniature firestorm!!! :P
