Bidding on the R&G crash bungs

Was any one off here bidding on the R&G crash bungs that finished last night on e bay ?

would not bid on them fella, they are too expensive and you need to make a cut out in the fairing, I bought DHM they come with a bracket so you don thave to cut the fairing.

+1 on the DHM's, good kit and with Motrax going under they are selling for £15.

What size is the thread on the R&G bungs? I ask because I’ve two—very appealing—holes in my fairing where a previous owner had these f..cking things fitted! When it was time to sell the bike, the bungs got removed and thus I’m left with an annoyance that catches my eye every day.
If I knew the size of the thread, I’d buy a couple of button head cap screws that would at least lessen the impact. Anyway, I would be grateful if someone could let me know.

They're M10 as I've found out by a process of elimination. i.e. buying button head bolts off of ebay until one fitted...
