Bank holidays

Post by tony.mon »

I think that bankers should have these taken away; after all they are to blame for the recession and everything happening to the euro, the economy etc.

If it was down to me they'd be made to work, while the rest of us had a day off.
It's not fair......

Whats annoyed me about this bank holiday idea is they have decided to move the end of May bank holiday a week to coincide with her madge's 60'th jubilee. Since the 70's the holiday has been the last Monday in May and now they are changing it for one year to the 4th June, a week later than normal. That means anyone who used to take their kids on holiday in the school half term will have to change their booking or face their child having unauthorized absences from school.

Family near us has already been told by the school that if they take the holiday that they booked last year, before they knew about the change of bank holiday, then their child will be marked down as unauthorized absence.

Just cus our Liz has been on the throne for 60 years. :whatever
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.

OK, different subject, isn't "bed-raggled" a better word to describe the state people get up in?
Instead of bedraggled?

Tony, You have too much time on your hands if you are contemplating these things..Your time would be far better used helping me put my SP2 swingarm in and SP1 front end in. Then there is the R1 back end that needs grafting in, and the Ducati projector headlights and fairings.. :D

Ok, bring them round, and I'll sort it this afternoon.
I have to go out at seven though.
