Hey all,

Been checkin this site out for a while before joining as i've been waiting for the right VTR to come my way......well I picked her up on Friday so here i am all registered and growed up.
Got myself a right sweet bike on a W plate. 12,000 miles, silver, totally bog standard and well looked after. Paid 1300 royal foils for her.
Seein as i am a totally useless but enthusiastic shithead, i will be makin great use of this site.....especially for fixing really stupid problems of the type "you shouldn't have done that nature". Gonna put a great one on the workshop section in a bit. Its a cracker!!!!
Anyway, a quick wee bit bout myself. Location, Angus, Scotland. Age 47. Occupation Student at University of Aberdeen, MA English. Married, 7 kids, 1 grandkid and another on the way.....lucky moi!
Last bike knackered GSX1100. Smashed it and my leg to bits 15 months ago. 5 fractures, 5 bolts and a new kneecap for my troubles. Never Mind, put me in the direction of a Firestorm so there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Intentions......Fit bar risers and lower pegs a bit. Unless someone says dont do it and gives me a heads up on a better idea.
Well, 'nough 'bout me for now. Nice to be hear.

The bike is the problem. I look so damn sexy in the leathers that the mrs can barely control herself.......laughing. I then get a sympathy one for my hurt feelings
