Re: SP2 Swing arm project
good work buddy, let us know how the fuelling goes with that 2 into 1 setup?
i love the 6 spokes, i bought a set for myself earlier this year but couldn't use them because of the cbr954 front end on my bike, they suit the firestorm better than the originals imho. and wavy discs all round, all in all a very nice bike.........

Looking good! With the link geometry you have gone for, is this giving a more linear or progressive movement to the shock?
What length shock are you thinking of fitting?

It'll probably be cheaper to buy an SP2, then stick a Storm engine and forks onto it....pbecks67 wrote:Just a quick question?

Why not just brace with a Blade brace then plate it?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: SP2 Swing arm project
Sorry to dig up an old thread but can I ask how the SP2 swingarm bolts into the VTR engine?
Do you use the VTR pivot axle or the SP2 pivot axle?
What spacers are needed?
Thanks.

Re: SP2 Swing arm project
It wont bolt straight on... The simple fact is the Storm swinger mounts to the engine The SP to the frame. It will not bolt straight on... It can be done by welding some plates to the frame.
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...
