I'm in the market for some manual CCTs too. Fitted automatic ones last year and after just 11,000 the bike has started clicking again.

Is there any chance that somebody in the NW could give me a bit of help fitting them? When I fitted the automatics I simply unbolted the old ones and put the new ones in. Since learned this isn't the correct way to do it :?

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
