Thinking of getting the following in a tint but would it lessen the brightness of my headlight beam?

as rob said, its a daytime only mod, hence its attached to your headlight by velcro tabs so you can take it off when darkness falls..................

I'm surprised you engaged in conversation with a "Hardley" owner? In my world they are classed as adults with learning difficulties, To dumb to realise they bought a tractor instead of a bike! I wont have this, I actually have to stand up for Harley owners here, I used to have a friend who used all the revs available to him, pure flatline acceleration curve all the way through 900 rpm to 1700 
rpm......
