Low cost car lift any one used one before?

Hi all anyone used one of these before?

It's a low cost car lift. I need to work on the sierra over the next few months and have sort my garage out so it's clean and free from drafts. Now I have have a hydrovane compressor and ramps but this looks much better. And with a set of axle stands I can go ahead and change all the rubber bits under the car.
Tyres, brake hoses, steering gaiters and all the drive shaft gaiters.

So thought about a bolt on plate to make it into a bike lift.
Any experience of these?
