i guess youve had the tank off recently.....
youve either put the vacuum pipe from the rear cylinder intake on the wrong spout on the fuel tap or the fuel lines are kinked.
whip the tank off again and have a look.

theres no other reason for it to cut out - youre not the first lol :)
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

as Benny says check the pipes under the tank first to eliminate these.

I used to have a similar problem that mine would always cut out after I had done 70 miles from a full tank of petrol. It would always fire straight back up again though.

It turned out to be a split diaphragm washer

I managed to get a repair kit from these guys http://www.nrp-carbs.co.uk/honda_fuel_t ... ir_kit.htm

I am not allowed to play with sharp objects unless my carer is with me, so I can only dream about cutting out!

Mmmmm, that needs a post all by itself.
Did you use the Vara throttle bodies?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

+1 on that. Need to start a thread and get some pictures and details of which sensors you are using, and how you did the ecu and te map?

Throttle bodies, injectors from vara?
Fuel pump?
