well, tried to remove the nuts on the exhaust studs, tried everything, no joy, so i bought a small nut splitter, hey presto, two split nuts in no time, just clean up the threads and renew nuts. brill.
so, next time you can"t move those f*****g nuts, try a nut splitter instead!
nut splitters on e-bay, 2 different sizes for under a fiver, not bad......
sorry, cant add a link to the splitters, i havent got a clue how to do it

That will be a great solution for all those afraid of the sheared exhaust stud. Looks like an "if in doubt, split the nuts" option.
