oopsies - naughty u turn

Post by benny hedges »

oh dear... just heard a lad who was out with us on sat & sun has just been knocked off in slow traffic by a car doing a U turn in front of him.
his mam rang me asking for advice....
he's not hurt too bad like but bikes fkt.
police came & said it looks 50-50 so ive passed him onto a bike solicitor, let them decide.
car driver admitted he was 'in his blind spot' but still made his move, so imo thats undue care etc...

hope he gets sorted quick. just told him go get checked out proper and the golden rule, say fook all til you spoke to solicitor...

in his favour, he'd just passed a speed camera which proves his speed was ok & there's cctv of the crash.
funnily enough, only yesterday he was on about changing his sv650 for a cagiva raptor... opportunity knocks
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
