get em done!........fitted mine eariler this year with help from a mate, the difference is instantly there, however the front was always a tiny wee bit noisey (still a fraction of what it was with the autos) barely noticeable, so i adjusted it about 10mins ago and..... perfect
barely a turn on the end, couldnt do it without the tank and air box off but pfft! whats that?..ALSO! there were some minor marks where the chain on the top one had hit the case! (from before the manuals fitted)
and as good advice as fitting them is i would have to say that they are only easy to fit if you know what your doing. keep your eyes open mine are not branded or anything special, pointed out by someone on here - Ebay £25-30 posted. had to be quick though
