Help with Battery!
Re: Help with Battery!
A lot of these "Smart Chargers" will not charge a battery if the voltage is too low. (About 6 Volts). Have you put a multimeter on it to see what voltage is there? if it is below 6V then a good old fashioned charger will be required to charge it initially above the smart charger low voltage cut off point.

Do you notice significant difference with this battery considering the recommended battery for the storm is 10mAh this is labeled as a 14, which does not follow the model codes.bigspanishmarty wrote:a few of us have bought one of these via ebay £50

on the subject of battery's I use my storm for work witch means I have to start the bike up to 40 times a day 5 days a week with only short runs in between Never once has the battery let me down in the last 15 months and its not even a yusa or motobat .just a cheep dynovolt ytx14
and its not kept on a tender overnight ether
