Some people broke into our place (UPS Leyland) and cut the Cat's out of 10+ Van's (no tony not pussy cast's or other quips you got lined up mate lol)
So if any ones UPS delivery is a bit late in the Leyland / Blackburn area this is why.
My bike was there at the weekend lucky it was padlocked up and inside the warehouse.

the scrap metal value is getting out of control.........I cant get home without the risk of dropping a wheel into a missing man hole / strorm drain cover, and now they are stealing Cat Converters!!
next thing I imagine is they will work from a man hole cover under a busy intersection, and when the traffic lights are red, they will remove your exhaust while your car is stationary!!!...
I still blame the srap dealers who will buy this stuff and process it, as they must know it is nicked. as long as they pay the pikeys they propagate the market........what they should do is grass them up to the police, then we can kill the market

A friend of mine work for BT doing the supply cables. By the time they have finish replacing a stolen run of cable the scum have started stealing it from the begining again!

well on wednesday night 750 metres of 100pair telephone cable went awol in mid suffolk. the thieves knew exactly what they were doing and must have cut it to length as it came out or just wound it back onto a drum or drums. we reckon this much cable must have weighed about 6 tons ! a lot of work but i think copper is about 5£k per ton
