there hasn't been enough interest for a straight off exchange service, but i can lighten yours for £40 plus return postage. turnaround is about 10 days.
if you don't want to be off the road for that long, i'll be fitting my lightened one in a few weeks, i can then lighten the one thats on my bike at the mo and do a next day swap-over with you?

How easy is it to remove and refit this wheel? Track bike needs all it can get, especially as I'm loosing weight too! I'll only be putting on a few litres of fuel each lap. b8stard zx10rs!

you need a m22x1.5 bolt to get the flywheel off.
there is no other way.
you can get one off ebay for £13 - i made my own out of a m30 bolt..... or pm tony for the part number of the truck wheel bolt he uses. iirc it was only about £3
or go a car scrapyard and find one. lots of cars use them as wheel bolts and sump plugs.
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
