probably
1 - short, 2 - caused by ........could be lights, starter, relay to starter......or 3 - the the heated grips......
Best thing is dis off the starter relay from the batt see if it shorts if it does - don't replace the fuse...remove the fuse holder and fure connector point look for burn damage.............take all fuses out, put them back one by one...to at least prove the short....
whats the history like as it been down the road....
