Hello just bought my first ever bike,
and may have jumped in at the deep end but I do like my V twin. Just wondering if there are many members in the North East of England?

Re: New member
Hello mate, bold choice of first bike! Have fun and try not to become part of the hedgerow!

Welcome, brave starter bike,
Although they are big, they are pretty user frendly, so you will be OK as long as you take the time to get to know the bike and how to deal with the other hazards out there.
Post up some pictures and tell us how you came to the decision to get yourself a Storm.

Full fat or fitted with a 30 bhp kit?
And after all, the throttle works both ways.
( if not try WD40).

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Welcome in mate.
Nice choice for a first bike, but as the lads say, take it steady until you get a feel for it or it may bite you......

Hey Thanks for the warm welcome, and advice, I will be taking it very easy until I get the hang of it.
I was going to get a VFR but you get a lot more bike for your money with the VTR and it sounds amazing.....
and it's 20kg lighter!
There doesn't seem many of you guys up North, I live near Seaham, not that for from Middleton St George.
Why The Donkey? I have a Rossi Donkey helmet.
