New to V Twins
New to V Twins
Hi all
I live in cheshire, and recently bought myself a firestorm for trackdays, only done two so far, Mallory and Anglesey, love the bike.
I'm motorcycle mad I have a small collection of ten, out most sundays in Wales and always up for a rideout.
Just one question my firestorm seems to run a bit hot, it's not got a standard temp gauge on it but has an after market one seems to be running between 105 to 115c any ideas, Sticking thermostat ?
thanks
Ade

Welcome to the forum matey.
You might want to stick your overheating problem in the workshop section, then more people will probably see it.

Re: New to V Twins
sounds very interesting and one hell of a find if it is a mori bike, if you post some pictures of it we might be able to help you with its identification.
posting pics is a bit tricky, you need to open a photobucket account or something similar, upload your pics to it, then copy and paste the img code onto your forum post and the picture will appear in full size hopefully...
i look forward to seeing your bike ade...

Marty old chap there was no insinuation that you were of that persuasion, merely that the end result in terms of excitement achieved would be similar. (Can I stop rowing for the shore yet?)
