Just wondering, is it as simple as just swapping the 16ltr tank for the 19ltr one or do "other things" need changing at the same time?

YOU NEED THE 19l FUEL TAP, SOME MORE FUEL PIPE AND TEE PIECE, AND ALSO SWAP THE 19l LEVEL SENSOR FOR YOUR OLD 16L SENSOR.
