Buy a tin of chain lubricant which is suitable for o and x ring chains and follow the instructions.

I use wurth high performance dry chain lube, good stuff, Always wins the tests in ride mag etc. Would not bother with putting oil direct on chain, it gets a bit messy, you end up with more over your bike, than what's on your chain.

Tried most types, dont think much of dry lub, Tool Station chain lube @ £3 odd a tin is very good, even lasts on my Trials Bike.

Maybe the vibration could be caused by the chain being out of alinement, and or not the correct tension. When checking alinement, don't rely on the marks on swing arm, as they always seem to be way out.

Honda (as do 99% of chain companies) say to use EP90, been using it for years on my bike chains and it's great.
