haha cheers mate,lloydiecbr wrote:Don't know
feel free to add anything here

Thinking it will save a bomb over a sprint item or the fancy GPR ones dont see many of those for sale and there a bit big and obtrusive where they mount.

Re: steering damper help
looks like all i would need is a steering damper clamp, just need to find out the size of the 954 fork diameter at the clamps as I cant remember

I started to write stuff down then I thought it was a Load of bollucks lol so I removed it
You will need a fork clamp
A small bracket to attach it to the frame
And you will need to make sure the stroke is long enough 125mm I think

Re: steering damper help
Have a look at Sprint reviews, some not very good reviews out there, specially on Triumphs for some reason.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: steering damper help
yes you will need to get the correct stroke, the number Lloydie quoted will be what he measured on my bike, but that will vary depending on:
a) if your fork conversion has less steering lock than standard
b) if you put the fork attachment inline with the fork centerline or outboard [bigger radius from the steering head will generate a bigger swing circle and need a longer stroke].
I have my fork clamp fully to the outside of the fork leg as it keeps the damper rod closer to the frame when it is full extended, and gives the damper more leverage and hence control
