Just fitted the same rear tyre on mine. Had a set of the Sportsmaxx on then got a puncture last weekend on the rear that had only done about 500 miles

This was the only Maxxis tyre that the shop had so got them to fit and balance for £110 (and that was with the wheel removed and refitted to the bike - thanks to Mike at Protyre in Gloucester for that

) Was put off a bit when I first heard of these as some reports said that the rear could feel a bit sqirmy when lent over as the diamonds squished down but having had this fitted I have to agree with Doggit that they are spot on. The Sportsmaxx stick like s**t to a blanket and the Diamond seems to be just as good.
I think a lot of people are put off by the fact they don`t say Pirelli/Bridgestone/Michelin on the side. Try them once and you may well find you wont want to be spending big bucks on the "branded" tyres again.
