Have just upgraded the front brake lines on my firestorm, (due to fitting bar risers) Have gone from the standard setup to the 2 line race setup, but, my questions are;
1. On the lines themselves, one end is straight whilst the other end is slightly angled, have currently put the angled ends onto the reservoir, is this right?
2. I am using the 2 original securing 'clamps' for the left hand line, but there is no existing clamp for the right hand line, am thinking of folding a piece of metal over, drilling 2 holes and using the bolt hole that secured the brake line 'T', are these clamps available to buy?

Cheers sirch, they look just the ticket, better than a piece of bent metal
Re: brake line fixtures
Well you can make some yourself as you were thinking, but it's the protective rubber bit which is not so easy to replicate. You may find your local dealer has "P" clips in stock.c1287 wrote:Cheers sirch, they look just the ticket, better than a piece of bent metal

Re: brake line fixtures
Or use electrician's ones, usually made of copper, for fixing Pyro.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: brake line fixtures
