10mm ID - usually sold by the metre - 1m should be sufficient for both lines but sod's law means you'll need a total of 105cm or sumfink
look like there perishing.
If at the ends just trim a bit off - not much 0.5cm as you don't want to shorten it by much.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

all hoses on my bike i treat with vinyl and rubber care from AutoGlym (i use the spray stuff onto a rag and wipe) brings them up a treat and keeps them supple, my Rad hoses are immaculate and its been used in harsh winters

seen other peoples bikes that haven't had care applied to the bikes and they don't look to pretty, i don't apply it all the time just every month or two when i give it a proper clean and the weather is nice, when i have the tank lifted id do the fuel lines to and the rubber boot on the starter motor i make sure that is supple and clean and i smear a little Vaseline inside if the boot
