Moto GP - EuroSport

Post by Fireman on a Storm »

Am I being a pratt or Has Eurosprt lost Moto GP? I have tried to record the last 2 races (V+) and each time only got Moto 2 and 3
The only way I manged to watch yesterdays race was on BBC Iplayer.

They play it on an hour delay since the deal was done with the BBC. You get Moto 3 then 2, then either a classic race or a replay of 3 & 2 then followed by Moto GP. I prefer to wait and watch it on Eurosport as they show the whole package, practice, qualifying and the race in all three classes, rather than watch it on the BBC who cherry picked just the Moto GP race.

That's always been a problem with the satelite channels. The listings are very poor. Bike racing always takes second place to bloody Tennis, Skiing & snooker anyway. The times I've turned over and the tv guide shows qualifing to find some muppet playing a bar game is beyond belief. Bitter, me, too bloody right.

Try using http://www.tvguide.co.uk/ for your channels

I know exactly what you mean, I am also with Virgin and their descriptions on the guide are appalling.
The last weekends listing said Jerez, Qatar?
Trying to make sure you record the right programme is a nightmare.
I recorded last weekends Motogp race which was in fact labelled free practice.
I now use a different tv guide I suggest you do the same.

they haven't had it live in ages / years with the exception of the 1st round this year because the bbc couldn't show it live

wombles eurosport off comm's are fiddler on it, use bbc red button or channel 301 on freeview you can watch all races live then, eurosports moody and the other juggler chat so much irrelevant sh1t and are nearly as annoying as that fat idiot Steve parish has to put up with, if he says nightmare in a bubble car one more time ill send him under a bloody car

wtf is a nightmare in a bubble car anyway? :Ball Kick:
