Aye,hellish area to ride but the weather wants to be a lot better. Have been planning a route for next Saturday for 3or4. days up East side across the top and down the West side. Looking at the long range forecast might hold off for a week or two.

Good day out, looks like I posted my thread in the wrong section.....runs and rideouts. You should read it, this ones craptastic
Got bloody soaked on the way home but it was a good day....bloody good roads
Cops were at the side of the road with the hairdryer, pointed it at grumpyfrog at the front, saw dozens of others at 29mph then put it down to wave

Boz,
Should have put your silver one up front and we'd all be safe- saying that I can't belive that nutter on the fazer 6 was not pulled all day!!
That last 5 miles soaked me to the knackers. should have stopped but was on the auto pilot home
Chris,
paint it black or white and you'll be just fine- saw another teal one today going through Dundee but looks like he had been camping all week with the amount of gear he had strapped to the back :biggrin

Simo,
drop us a line when you decide to brave the snow and if you don't mind we'll tag along for a bit, if anything we should know where the fuzz hang out :Argue: or best place to get some grub. How many days you planning to go around the coast in? done it in 2, but was goosed by the end of it..
Don't hassle me
I'll get there at some time

Will do M8. Intended route/stops, first night Kingusie, second Thurso, third Ullapool ,fourth Ft William then home. What do you think? I think it's doable it's only that across the top that might be tight for time if we stop much for view's etc.
