I just know how much more effort is needed on the pop rivet gun when using stainless steel compared to aluminium pop rivets (due to the aluminium being much softer than stainless steel).
Yes, that is where I use stainless pop rivets on exhaust cans, although Scorpion cans use stainless as standard. I agree they are far superior than the softer alloy ones as they don't shake loose with the vibes.tony.mon wrote: I use them for can assembly and repairs/repacks, too.
