Shock linkage not seized shock!
Ticking off the to-do list on the bike's nether regions and much to my surprise the shock link bits seem to have survived 13 years of indifference and appear to be in good nick - nuts & bolts came apart ok and it's all spinning smoothly. I want to get in and re-grease - will all the bits be reusable (assuming they're ok) or will the act of stripping them necessitate new bearings etc? Sorry if this is a dopey question - I've never had much to do with needle bearings and its not completely clear in the posts on the otherwise excellent Workshop Knowledgebase sticky.

If they came apart ok, chances are that they've been greased at some stage.
But as long as there's no wear that you can feel, grease it all up and put it back.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
