I have thaught about sticking a sidecar on with some cement inside for winter use on the bike in the past, paid a man to take me home in winter instead

Welcome aboard Carl, good taste in colour
Interesting to hear about your 1952 triumph thunderbird side car outfit. It reminded me of a Triumph 650 Thunderbird I had many years ago, if my memory serves me well it was a 1959 model. I up graded the pre-unit engine to bonnie spec.
