just got myself some high level renegade race cans.
want to change to a performance filter etc, my question, which is easier to fit and get up and running the factory pro jet kit or the dyno jet kit
whats the pros and cons for both and how easy is it to get hold of each, I know factory pro are out in the states and from previous experiences of getting done for import duty etc how easy is it to get them over here.
or just go for the dyno jet kit

I've got Dyno jet - I had it fitted though. But all is good, bike runs great. When I had a 7r, factory Pro was the only way to go...

FP is easy to get, just order and they'll send, and doesn't need slide holes drilling to fit it.
Which means it's easily reversible if you ever need/want to.

Have a word with Eclectic he has a Factory Pro Ti kit which he ordered and has had delivered but due to a change in circumstances he isn't fitting. You can't get hit with import duty then.

Factory pro would be easier to set up as they use the same number scale as Keihin, where as Dynojet confuse things by using their own scale. So if you need to replace a jet with say a 185 instead of 180, and you did not have one, then you could easily purchase a Keihin jet and use that.
Also the Factory pro comes with more jets, including pilots and bits to play with in the kit than Dynojet. The USA Dynojet kit has a bit more. but still not as good as Factory.
IMO the UK Dynojet kit is a big rip off, you don't get as much of a range of jets and you don't get new slide springs with the kit. Then there's the matter of drilling an extra slide hole. This is not recommended on the storm, if anything your better off blocking a slide hole like the HRC Kit.
